The massive shock of the Covid-19 pandemic has plunged the global economy into a downturn and the worst recession since World War II. These phenomena have urged the needs for novel, implementable, and innovative ideas to find new ways in recovering the global economy. Iwan Taruna is a Rector of University of Jember. In 1993, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Bogor Agricultural University. He further completed his master’s degree in Post-Harvest and Food Process Engineering from Asian Institute of Technology in 1998. In 2003, he received Ph.D. in Food Engineering and Bioprocess Technology from Asian Institute of Technology. His research interests are Agricultural Engineering, Physical Chemistry, and Chemical Kinetics.

Ipuk Fiestiandani is a Regent of Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Jakarta State University. She is highly interested in organization activities, such as being a Head of Yayasan Kesejahteraan dan Pendidikan Tuna Netra (YKPTI). Prof. Badri Munir Sukoco is a Director of Postgraduate School at Universitas Airlangga. He received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management and MBA in Strategic Management from National Cheng Kung University. He also received his S.E. in Management from Universitas Airlangga. He has many achievements in his life, such as being the 1st rank of High Achievement Lecturer from Universitas Airlangga. Also, he was appointed by International Conference on Organizational Innovation (ICOI) Beijing as an Outstanding Professor. He has authored several published papers and written his opinion in newspapers and digital media.

Prof. Dony Dahana Wirawan is a Lecturer/Researcher at Osaka University. Prior to joining Osaka University, he served as a teaching assistant for Tohoku University from April 2003 until 2006. In 2001, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Graduate School of Economics from Tohoku University. He further completed his master’s degree in Graduate School of Economics from Tohoku University in 2003. In 2006, he received Ph.D. in Economics from Tohoku University.
